Well, if we're going to rule #1 Cindy Lou Hou from the Jim Carrey version, she is most definitely the looker now.
I am. I'm assuming it will rise again once BTC starts its next upward movement.D2F1D0 said:
Is anyone in DPW anymore? I understand it is a MA move, but I think I'm seeing 'h' in the charts.
Still learning, not freaking out.
Do you have options in your portfolio?docaggie said:
Is this just me?
My TDA account shows me down over 3%. But if I total things up, I'm actually nicely green today.
Seems like the last two weeks it keeps displaying daily account changes that aren't remotely accurate.

I never got any replies on here about that wash rule question, but I finally figured it out last night.
I had been averaging down on CLOV and when I sold the other day, the accounting is FIFO and because I had purchased shares at a lower price a week or so later (I averaged down several times and still sitting at 13.75 avg cost now), that triggered the wash rule even though I didnt buy shares after I sold. Because the decreasing price purchases were within 30 days of each other, that triggered it. But it just took the loss I took and added it to the cost of the next batch of shares so eventually I will capture that, hopefully as a reduction in capital gains when CLOV eventually decides to wake up and go back into the mid teens or higher.
I was unaware that the wash rule was applied to cost averaging strategies if the sale was after all of the purchases but it apparently does apply there for those that didnt know that.
If you figure out a way around this let me know, but I haven't been able tothird coast.. said:
anyone that uses Fidelity, how do you set up 'trade armor' on options? Best I can tell you can only set up a stop or a limit to sell on options instead of setting up both on a contract. It is pretty frustrating having to cancel an order in order to put in another one and wastes precious time.

You can still watch, if interested. https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/y4ct2n8ukyledr04 said:tlepoC said:
Watching the Clov tech call. Not impressed and have some concerns about my heavy buys now . The Clinton BOD is one thing. Would love to be wrong here but, as I stated yesterday, not seeing anything special with this assistant. A few things are novel but not enough. It's almost as if they are actually trying to start up a new primary care focused EHR for their long-term goals - that's a crowded space I would not wish upon any company.
Do you believe PCPs will stay independent or will they continue the trend of joining up with large healthcare systems. That seems to be the question of whether their assistant will actually be of any value that differentiates them from any other MA plans.
Wish I'd watched that. I work in a similar space and know some of their people and investors. The EHR business is tough and private docs are always being gobbled up by health systems. But their approach is interesting and more complicated by how they connect patients to their tech. Also wondered but haven't heard or read anything about their potential avenues for data commercialization.
I like the long term prospects of the company, esp with the sports betting aspect, so I sold a put a few minutes ago. I did the Mar19 35 for $4. It may go down more, but I'm planning to either harvest premium or hold long term if assigned.H-town ag said:

so another ATP question...
Is there a way to make it so every time you pull up a chart it has the same setup? I have looked and can't find it. ie every time it is candlesticks and has various EMAs already on it? It is frustrating pulling something up and having to change it around to get a view I like. TIA
