Foggy or $30K

Help me understand these huge lots of calendar diagonals on BABA.......sold APR 270P, Bought May 275P, 12K contracts worth.

The goal here is to be near 270 in April, right, I've never done put diag calendars....

Nevermind, I figured it out, and yes, the goal is to be at 270 on APR19.....which I'm asking because I have 270c's for that date lol

Yes, it's about time and accuracy.

I would advise most people do not utilize these unless you know what the hell you are doing. I didn't think I had to explain adjusting the short side first to someone recently, but alas, margin call popped because it was not executed correctly.

Yeah, I'm just watching BABA activity because of my call holding and when I saw those puts I freaked, but then I saw the second set and thought...."well hell, their target is my target but in a different way"

$NIO is in a interesting spot. I don't see any gaps for it to fill. It could find support in the upper 30"s where it bounced in Dec twice or it might march on down to the 200ema around 34.70.

I took my revenge on AAPL today with call credit spreads. Really kidding on that because I try not to emotionally trade, but I made up for some of what I lost on those 2/19 calls.

It seems like things are going to get interesting with Uber. It's putting in most of its gains outside regular hours. So our options would have been in the money a few minutes ago. We'll see what it does tomorrow morning and if it gains again tomorrow AH.

Sorry to hear that man. Never easy. I've been OK with letting someone go for termination but laying someone off is horrible. Always figured termination they had a hand in the result. Lay off often beyond their control. Not always in both cases but more often than not.

The most I've seen is CLSK currently with 8 "lawsuits" to every headline.

They also tried it with MGNI for a week after the short report came out in January, it lasted like a week in that case.

I think Fruit is a weekly play for now based on technicals.

The beautiful part of that is when AAPL really gets it stuff together, it will make a weekly a big winner.

I think 30KMil mentioned NOK...I'm really starting to like the look of lingering at support. Doesn't have the low float or short interest, but has strong 5g fundamentals and it's a reddit ticker. Maybe buy some July $6 call for .20

I sold April $2.50 cc on 1/2. That would take me well over net free if it gets to $2.50. Then probably hold the rest

If the price does nothing after beating earnings, it just eats up the premium that I collected for selling the call and hopefully expires worthless.

I sold a $44 weekly call yesterday for a $1.00. That's after I got assigned the shares last week from a $39 put that I sold for a $1.00. My net cost is now $37.00. And if I make $700 in a week's time just on shares in a week's time, I'll be happy as a lark. Otherwise I get to keep the shares.

March 5th expiration.

Next week will be a March 12th expiration.

This week I took out 3/5 127s and I'm averaged at .95.

A 125/130 (or below to 128) vertical would work too. You'd have to do the math on the spread to see what works best.

For everyone on AAPL, myself included, there is a gap at $111-112.5 and then $96-100. If market corrects I expect the 111 to be filled and possibly the 96 if it's 15% or so correction.

OA1 I am assuming would be incredibly heavy on calls 3 months out to around 105-110 if the market hit 96. I would do 120-125 2 months if 111.

Tomorrow will really state how the rest of the week or weekly plays will go on AAPL. I'm expecting a open up, short drop then push up week ends around 128-130

Short sell shares at whatever ah/pm price you're happy with, exercise calls to cover and pocket difference. Yes?

I thought the FUBO call went very well. Of course it's down 6% AH but I was pretty stunned.

98% revenue growth YOY and sports betting is a go. It's on sale right now if you have AH trading
