I bought 25 if the $2.50 calls for March. Sold 10 to go net free on the rest. Bought another 500 shares yesterday morning to get total shares to 1500. If it doesn't jump too much this am, I may buy some more.

For those who start trading at 4am...do you notice prices peak around then and then gradually come down before markets open? (Obviously great time to sell)

I see so much disinformation here and on other stock related social media outlets about what a market maker is and how they operate.

Newsflash: MM's don't care if stocks get pumped or dumped. (except for the once in a blue moon case like GME). Also, the equity dealer & options dealer for a given ticker are not necessarily the same entity.
Traders need MM's much like Aggies need referees.

Who the hell else will we blame failures on? Come on now, you know this. Get with the program, OUT WITH YOUR LOGIC.

I'm so looking forward to more training today with OA. Is so crazy how mon&tues started so great and 3 mistakes by me basically smoked what was going to be a huge week. Live and learn. I will never worry about buying back CC on a winning trade again. Let finish this week strong..

I don't know, but I envision that the hype is gone so the momentum goes with it. I'll be selling premium on my net free position until about year 2050.

not sure it always works out, but yes this week -- DNN this morning peaked over 1.50, SNDL nearly hit 5 the other day (early early). I didn't sell either, but if I had 3:00 am access I would've been smart to sell a bunch of SNDL.

TSLA testing the lower BB again in premarket. If it opens down I'll look at buying 880/900/920 flies or something similar for next week.

Probably buy 815/825/835 as well if we open down. That will grab the 9 and 21 emas and it wouldn't surprise me for next week to be nothing but premium eating.

SNDL

For those new to options and sold covered calls on SNDL

This morning you should have an opportunity to buy them back for less than the premium you got for them.

If you sold multiple calls you could put in multiple orders and stair step the price down.

You can play it safe and buy back at the asking price or go even lower if people panic sell them.

From there you made premium, the shares are back in your control and if it makes another run you can sell more calls again, or get out of the position if you want to.

I think today's winner will be the 810/820/830 flies. I can't buy those apparently, for my own safety, but I think that's the range we end up in. My calls are not happy about that.

I'm looking for any good run early on TSLA to salvage some of today's call value.
