Merrill - "Due to recent volatility in certain securities and to reduce risk of market volatility, we will be placing restrictions on certain securities, including increased margin requirements and/or limiting transactions. Game Stop (GME) and AMC Entertainment Holdings (AMC) are now blocked for opening transactions and they have also been moved to a 100% margin requirement for existing positions."

Bump for any insight on this. Just curious what I'm missing here since I'm sure it's something fundamental with limit orders. Haven't done many of them in my lifetime and never seen this happen.

Contact the help desk of your firm. Explain to the you believe you were filled below market price at time. Of execution and would like someone to review it. If you deserved a higher price, they'll adjust your sell price before close of business today.

This. I see open at 65.6 and lod at 63.43. They should not have filled you at 62

I would just trigger it from the brokerage that you are transferring to. They have the forms and can do it for you.

They'll give you some BS that it blipped down quickly to $62 right before open and there will be little you can do about it.

I started executing my stops a few minutes after open now simply because I was tired of that happening.

Almost all brokerages operate with ACATS for transfers. They can pull for you. Just need your RH account.

I'm not loading up on anything until there's some resolution on the GME situation. It's having an effect on the entire market and if things go south, so will WWR along with all of our MA plays.

Anybody still in GOCO and MOMO? I am considering selling both at small losses after holding for months. Seems like the money would be better in some other places now.
