I am playing small enough to live with the pain of waiting on AMZN. Definitely rolling forward.
I sold puts at 5 dollars.
Are we bailing on the AMD $100 12/18 calls?
What's the fascination with WWR. I read their last earnings transcript. Their still 8 years out on the GA production? I like the play, but seems they're way behind. Do they buy their own feedstock now or mine it? Also like the green process to purity they patented. The cash flows just seem like a long ways out.

I have a general question about SPXS hedges. I saw on the board that usually people hold until expiration, but is it also smart to set stops? Not saying I am going to because if I did it should've happened a while ago, but are we waiting for some major market correction?

From the discussion the board had end of September, the recommendation was to hold 0.5-0.75% of the portfolio in a hedge, and treat it like an insurance policy. You pay the money out, and it only pays up if there's a crash or emergency. At 0.5% of the portfolio, you can take stomach the loss when the rest of your portfolio is up 10% over that period.maroon19 said:

It reminds me a lot of the NET play. It pulled back, shook some out (including myself), then it got it's act together and ripped. Now look at it! boy did I sell early, even on the calls I bought back.
Where is our buy the dip target if we want to grab more MGNI, still around 15?

Question for the board, I can buy back my Jan MBIO $5 CC's at like a 65% gain.
Should I buy it back and hope we get a rebound to resell those calls, or just hold them until they decay some more?
