This process is a key point to OA's strategy on shares. He has accumulated significant amounts net free by repeating this on a stock or the same stock multiple times through repeated trades on the ebbs and flows of it over time.

PLTR reports earnings after the close, If you bought in the 9-10 range you might want to peel some profits sometime today. This is their first earnings report since going public and well, who knows how it will go. It's been on a tear the last 10 days.

I think this is the key here. It can be as simple as buy and then sell half when it doubles, but if you're truly accumulating over the course of a few weeks to months, you can sell at rejected resistance levels and rebuy at support levels and start working towards a net free holding without a breakout move like we've seen with MGNI lately.

Exactly. I tried this on a few trading the channel levels if its trading sideways but doesn't have to be. If you have the time or inclination you can do this quite often. I enjoy the trading aspect so to me it is fun to have a small amount to 'play' with in this manner.

GOCO - what do we expect here? Going to fall even further after open?

I should have just sold out prior to earnings yesterday and took my small loss. Looks like now we'll be in for the long run hoping these Q4 results pan out in February.

Depending on how the 2103C$15 looks at the open, I will sell the rest of my calls. If the shares continue to lose ground over the next month or so I'll buy back in for cheap or at a lower strike. If the shares rebound and move up then I can he happy about that as well. I don't mind having a little invested here but I don't want to worry about price drop and theta decay on options right now. Especially after that bad miss.

Went basically net free on my 11/20 $14s. Not touching my shares though, I've been on the wrong side of the 2020 earnings flow a couple of times already and I'm in it for the long term.

Looks like we might be in for a pullback day anyway, which I'll gladly accept. The last week has been nuts, unsustainable at that pace. Gives me hope for a decent positive reaction if earnings news is good.

Ranger's CYRX pick has looked great over the course of this week
It is one of few green in my portfolio right now. Just sold 65C against half of the shares with an 11/20 expiration for $0.85. Maybe dumb, but I'll certainly take a 30% gain in two weeks.
