Those of you playing TQQQ... good day if you bought at 120 at close yesterday. Up $9 a share. I'm looking for SQQQ to find support around $22.60 and the 21 day EMA. Seems to be a familiar pattern. It's at 22.77 now.
With TQQQ, I'm going to look to start taking some profits as we near $130.00... now is also a good time as that 8% gain looks great to me for a few hours of trading.

Anyone know whats up with SPAQ? It certainly isnt the stock price. Getting hammered but holding out hope Fisker merger does some good.
Its in a 2 week+ descending channel and I don't see support at $9 at least on the 30 Day hourly or 3 Month Daily. You can go all the way back as well. IMO it still needs to find support as it hasn't stopped from declining and is sitting basically at all time low.Jet Black said:frankm01 said:

Curious as well. Seems to have found some support at $9.00.

Ya, all I did was go buy an iphone 8 from ebay for $200. (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-iPhone-8-64GB-256GB-Fully-Unlocked-SmartPhone-AT-T-T-mobile-Verizon/202832944112?var=503005018689&_trkparms=5926%3AKEYWORD%7C5079%3A0)
Then I take it in, trade in the refurb phone from Ebay - Get the iphone 12 for free and then keep my Iphone XR as a back up

Good call today on those levels. I have been trading sqqq/tqqq in the 401k and noticed sqqq has been a safe buy when it drops below its its 5d-ema since it has closed above this level every day since 10/16. I went long sqqq here at the end of the day at 22.76. Yesterdays high on sqqq was at the 50d-ema. QQQ has been closing below its 5d-ema also and I bought 1106-Put-279 for 7.67 when we went above the 5d-ema. This market is crazy.Carlo4 said:Carlo4 said:

With the occasional exception most of these beat the brakes off earnings, revenue, etc. and increase future guidance only to be trashed AH.
I am becoming more and more convinced to sell all shares at the run up to earnings then buy back the dip after release.
Yep that's why I am always hesitant. But seems like more often than not this round it is the other way.MaroonDynasty said:FJ43 said:

And then you sell b4 earnings and things like SNAP and PINS happen

Want to bet a bottle of bourbon on it? Trump wins this running away. (the same election experts that got 2016 right are predicting the same this time). We'll get a small bounce from a Trump reelection next week, but as long as Europe wants to lockdown, oil will keep dumping (driving markets lower).RSP715 said:
I think it's risk off through next week. Glad I backed the truck up on SQQQ earlier this week. Will exit over the next few weeks. I think the dems win unfortunately and take the market lower this year. That's my crystal ball.
You know...truthfully? If I thought it would guarantee a Trump win, I'd bet you two bottles of Pappy (I'd rather 2 bottles of Oban 14) and wouldn't cry a drop at losing.BREwmaster said:Want to bet a bottle of bourbon on it? France goes lockdown tomorrow.
At this moment in time, politics and markets are intertwined. If you don't like it, then feel free to continue lurking. If you don't believe they are linked, then educate yourself.tejas_ayanem said:
Is this turning into the politics board with these crazy theories?
Well done jumping back in at support. I wanted to wait until tomorrow to see if it would hold... and my goodness you are up near 10% AH on that already. Bloodbath on the longs, but well done for those that switched back and forth.Txducker said:Good call today on those levels.
