Hell I'm in too. 4 less 0s on my order
Remark shares are trading higher after the company tweeted that for the first time Remark and Intel are selling their technologies together. Congrats!scoodogg said:
What's up with Remark Holdings (MARK)? It's taking off today. I've been holding some for a while and it's been in the dumps most of that time.

SPAQ is now trading UNDER the value it opened at the day they announced the intent to purchase Fisker Automotive.........
The last few days seems like bottoming and forming the beginning of a cup. Closing over $12 I think was big for it. Never thought I would say a $12 GOCO looks great.McInnis 03 said:
Don't look now, but GOCO gave a big F YOU candle on the daily to the downtrend.

Trying to read the gamma tea leaves like Aggie Daniel discussed weeks ago. Without all of the fancy charts and data accumulation- can I simply look at open interest to see where the gamma magnets are? TSLA 10/23 for example - total open int (C+P) is 16k at 420, 18k at 450, and 31k at 500.
Does this infer that if the price stays in the 420s it likely gets sucked close to 420, but if it moves up 1.5% or 2% early that it likely gets dragged up another 3% to 4% by the 450 magnet?
3% is a loose goal. Sometimes the conditions are right to get it, sometimes (like this week), the conditions are harder. I like to use shares with covered calls because it is easy and I can put up the capital to make it worthwhile. In certain stocks, like Amazon, I am less interested in ponying up for shares, so I will do options. For options, I make a decision on strategy based on what I think is best. Stock that's going to sky rocket - calls. Stock that might sit for a bit before moving - spreads. Shorting is harder than going long, just FYI.FJ43 said:
30k - if I remember correctly your personal target is a 3% return weekly average. Obviously some weeks better than others. Do you primarily trade options or some share plays as well?
Thanks a bunch and all very helpful. Family is all out of town so Options and Charting University this evening through the weekend. I've had a lot of fun just playing with options the past few days regardless if I won or lost. So far I haven't lost but down on the ones I have time on. I love the active trading part and have found I enjoy the options trading much more than day/swing trading shares so far. Overall I'm looking for that mix and strategy that keeps me responsibly engaged, challenged and learning.$30,000 Millionaire said:3% is a loose goal. Down .35 after hours. Neat.
So far its holding at $2.60 and above. Other than the flash below the 2.60 has been the floor but of course its not huge volume....yet.McInnis 03 said:

On the same boat as everyone else....went in on the Redler mention, not going to panic. Gonna play it out even if I have to sell calls for 6 months to get money out of it
