Lol, I do trust OA but just a personal decision to move more into cash for the time being. I didn't have much in it, but enough to where I need it at this time for something else.

If its still a buy at the start of the year, I'll jump back in.

Agreed. The intention of this is to drive the market down today in hopes of using that in the debate. She will say the Republicans are still not serious about stimulus. She will also make a comment about the Republicans FINALLY getting serious about combatting Covid - as if they haven't done anything at all to address it until now and as if she wasn't making jokes about going to Chinatown when this first hit.
I'm not sure how much this will hurt the market, because I think it's baked in, but I think the odds are low that her talk boosts the market today. We'll see.

As VIX pulls back to the 28's here, I may be shopping for some VIX 35calls for mid-late november on the hunch that we get a VIX spike with election nonsense.

Agree... In regards to the market, at some point (and maybe already), it will just start ignoring it. We're at major support at SPY 342.5 & QQQ 283 right now though so anything could easily and quickly send it sharply downwards. I'm just staying the hell out of the way of all this mess right now. Wake me up at Turkey Day, and tell me it's all ok...

If anyone is hungry for a dividend TML, take a look at $ADM. The Trump trade deals with China haven't even started to factor into their earnings yet, and the trendlines are beautiful. This isn't a day trade. This is a buy/hold for me.

Do you mean FVRR? Its had a strong run and this happens a lot with momentum stocks. Its a strong buy with one of my services and everytime I've unloaded one of their strong buys after making a little profit in it, I've regretted it. TTD, SHOP, TSLA, ZM, OKTA just to name a few.

george, yes, my apologies. You are correct. I meant to type FVRR. I suspect you and I subscribe to some of the same services.

I got in on TTD back at $394 per this service's recommendation. Obviously the service is well worth the price of admission in my estimation.
