I am really kicking myself for selling half of my shares last week at $225. It was a double for me so I went net free on the shares. Missed the pullback to 220 this morning and then it went rocketship from there.

Oh well, I'll look for an opportunity to buy those shares back if it presents itself.

Mastering the skillset of patience for my trades to mature seems only to have been growing by the lost opportunities of impatience. Too often early on and still some today I will exit for a profit forgetting what the opportunity really was. Getting better but not having yet arrived.

I'll let OA answer that, but in general it depends on the stock. Also just because it setup doesnt mean its going to actually happen. Stimulus might change that outcome.

Some stocks ignore a consolidation wave. All the technicals still say buy the dip. Note we bounced hard off of theat 3500 mark on SPX but drifted back close to it again so watch the battle around that for some short term wave action.

Does anyone here use GEX and DIX indicators in their macro view of the markets? (ha ha @ 8==D jokes)

Reason I ask is on one of my discord's, these yahoos showed that GEX hit its highest levels today and DIX is bottom of the lows, according to Google, both are signs that market price is soon to be challenged to the low side.

I'm a chart plebian so Question for the group. These oversized candles with immediate recovery are institutional buying/selling right? These snaps are from Amazon over the last week or so. I've been following closely and trying to understand what is going on.

Curious that these major "dips" are followed by a run the next day. I would have thought that meant the opposite was coming.

Any insight here would be appreciated, trying to learn as much as I can!
