Since the sell off the first week of September (miss on revenue and weak sales forecast) today appears to be the first good positive volume day for it. Would be interested in others opinions on this one as well. I haven't tracked or 'played' this one at all.
I wish I had not played it. It's not a huge position but I should had put a very short stop loss on it.

You'll make much more on your market gains from the stimulus than you would from a direct payment. Many many people getting that payment don't have a cent invested in the market.

Target is $44, with hope that the options (bought around $1.05) will double for 100%. Sell those as close as you can to 100% and then buy the $46 calls with 10% of the $44 call profits to see if we can catch some if it keeps running.

Oppenheimer MBIO PT is $13

Those didn't change from the most recent conferences as far as I know. FWIW I have accumulated shares anywhere from $3.00 to $3.78 over the past few months.
