IIRC he put in around 5 million of his own money. He enabled margin early, but then closed that after a short margin call. Drop in the bucket of his net worth.

Weird vol skew in KODK this morning. Was filled quite a few times selling the Jan 2.50/10 vertical call spread for a credit of $7.40. Thought it a great risk reward to play for the chance of some shady revelations transpiring to spook the market into selling.
The $10 put for same expiry was trading $3.5-$4.0 at the time. Could have sold those to lock in the win, but betting they will be worth more soon.

I expected them to bottom out again around Q2 earnings. I also expected a bit of sandbagging in the guidance in order to make sure they get to stay in the stimulus line. I sold almost all of my leaps and all of my stock except for LUV back in June and my plan was to buy back on the way down. I've been in with all I'm willing to risk on DAL, LUV, and UAL for a bit and it sucks watching those leaps get hammered every day.

I expect a little pop after stimulus is announced. I expect a slow crawl upward in air traffic this fall and then I expect things to get more back to normal in the spring. Still a lot of risk though, but I can't see more than 1 being allowed to fail. With DAL and UAL stock prices don't have to get close to pre-covid to profit. If UAL gets back to 1/4 of it's pre-covid prices I'll make money.

With every tech stock destroying earnings, what's in play for next week? I have some ETSY for Aug 5, and if my wife is any indication of the quarantine purchaser, they're gonna destroy it. CWH is also Aug 5, and all people have been doing is camping and buying campers. Stock is up >200% versus pre-covid though so may be priced in. What else you got?

Psa for those new to butterflies, they can take longer to unload, so keep that in mind. Also, if in between strikes you could end up assigned so bear that in mind.

With that said, I hope we can get some 6x-10x action here today!

Mentioned yesterday I'm long SQ and ROKU. Both earnings next Wednesday so plenty of time to run. Both are close to breaking out of some sideways consolidation too. SQ needs to clear about 132 today, ROKU 154 and then 158 to really run.
