Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Noble Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:NBL) to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Noble Energy in an all-stock transaction valued at $5 billion, or $10.38 per share. Based on Chevron's closing price on July 17, 2020 and under the terms of the agreement, Noble Energy shareholders will receive 0.1191 shares of Chevron for each Noble Energy share. The total enterprise value, including debt, of the transaction is $13 billion.

Updated TSA YoY passenger counts. What had been a steady upward trend (with some noise around July 4th) broke last week, with every day of last Monday-Sunday doing worse than prior week.

Your time value will be much bigger with the move occurring now. Above $39 and it should run into $39.50- area resistance seen previous two waves.

They have a trading platform thru a web browser that is similar to the mobile app. In the event that the mobile app craps out it is a good backup in a pinch.

Question about call spreads:

I'm holding a NFLX 8/21 490/495 call debit spread. If the share price is at $497, do I run any risk holding it until closer to expiry? The profitability should increase each day because of theta, correct? (Unless the share price goes down, obv.)

I'm new to spreads and I'm just trying to see if I have any additional risk involved here.

Yes. I would sell when you're north of 80% max profit.

If your short strike is ITM you run the risk of it being exercised especially as you move closer to August expiry

If it has moved into your favor look to take the trade off for whatever your profit goal was

GLUU came up on my search list this morning that seems to be showing lots of TECH pullbacks over the past 4 days. Seems the general topic today is that TECH stuff is pushing back towards it's uptrend, for today at least.
