Lol... yesterday when OA said to sell CRM calls and then said you should be out of most of all calls, I started selling ALL my calls. Didn't sell enough before I realized he was only talking about CRM though, but definitely saved me some money today! Silver linings.

I would buy more time than that if it were me doing it. And my targets would not be way OTM.

I wouldn't chase those just yet... really need to reverse here or we could see 304 and possibly even 300.

306 looks like it's trying to hold but it's still early...wasn't there a gap at 303? If we get close to that I am thinking about loading up on tomorrow expiry spy calls. bad idea?

edit: OA posted while I was typing...296 yikes. EOD spread time?

AUDJPY is still coming down. If institutional margin calls get made, that's where 295 type **** comes into play.

LOL I think you and me are part of the few having big gains on non options play today. Hell I was closing my positions yesterday and they never hit the limit so I let it ride.... what a difference.

I am so overloaded with long ball covered calls that my account shows I'm down 7 figures but actually if you take the lagging premium it's way green above that.

Example SPY buys at $310 and selling a July 17 $300 covered call when they were $22.25 = So $12.50/share locked that way. Then the $300 Put cost $2.35 so a locked in guaranteed worse case of over $10/share.

But you have to now wait so that money does get locked up during the period.

So now 308 and 313 become resistance... tomorrow will be key for the short/medium term. Action is still very similar to 4/21 on SPY. 305 will have to hold like 272 did that day, and then tomorrow will need to hold 308 at least. If not, hello 295. I'd be a buyer at 295 or 310 ish if we can get and stay above 308 ish.

305 double tap W and rally back to 308 or so would show significant support at 305.
