As good of an idea as this is, I don't think any of us can wake up at 4 am to keep up with him. He's learned how to capitalize on trades and setups while we sleep.

Pretty defined short term channel on the ROKU hourly. If it breaks below 105.50 then it's gonna flush under 100. Upper resistance about 116.

Lots of green out there. Wonder if it's because of Biden looking to be the front runner.

Just buy the put and call separately is what I do.

Yeah I gotcha. Just wondering what the sell strategy is. Is it just a play that one will end in the money and you'll keep the difference?

I'm looking for a spike either way. I'd sell whichever one spikes first or gets into the money enough to secure a quick 10-20% profit. Then have the other one for a reverse move at no risk.

Ideally I'd get a spike of the call to about $4 and sell. Hold the put as a hedge against shares I already own long term.

April 17 NET $25 calls getting some action

Watch for ROKU to get close to the 8 EMA to sell any short term calls. It's holding as upper resistance on the falling wedge for now.

Just so y'all know, I haven't been posting any of the huge options flow from Cheddar Flow since this crap started because there are WAY too many fund managers trying to make **** up right now and people are throwing **** against the wall and hoping something sticks. I've only taken a few positions off of them and those were more unusual than following money.

There's a lot of talk of success around here. I'd like to see some annualized returns since say 2018, on all funds. Asked previously and the only responses were people that had lost money.

Last year I ended slightly red in my day trading account. Was learning options trading and made a few mistakes that were costly. This year I've been trading with around 2k for options and am up to around 5300. I was actually up to that point pre corona, and then lost all my gains as I had over extended. Now made it all back sticking to the slowly but surely strategy.

I read a ton last year from Warren Buffet and Munger, read through their BH letters, and a lot of other buy and hold value investing books/strategies. I made 30% on those stocks that I had analyzed and studied (profit locked in). My trading account was basically even (I made a lot from Dan Shepherd's services for a month, Corona beat me back down pretty good; traded OKTA for a couple grand, that is now in SDC and in some lost WDC calls; played BIO stock lotto, struck it big with some, and lost some of those profits on a few others like AIMT).

My strategy has changed over the past couple of years of reading this thread. I like to own the stock more than the options, but will buy some options every now and then. I rather buy companies I love at good prices (MU and JD when they were beat down), then sell calls out a few weeks on them. The conviction to study certain companies like JD comes from this thread.
