Yep, one of the smarter moves I've made in the last month or so

Just sold half my calls to be net free.

JD has interesting options for Dec 6th for otherwise sidelined cash. Buy equal number of shares that you would not mind making $0.50- $0.90 per share OR reduce entry price by that amount. Covered calls at $32.50 getting $0.65 or $33 calls getting $0.45. And if really conservative sell the $32 calls for $0.95. That would be $0.45 per share if called out locked or if we happen to not break out your hold price would be $31.55 area.

And how I would trade that is buy the shares under $32.50 and miss out on 3-4 cents by waiting until you see $32.40 or if we climb wait or even skip the covered call.

yup, he's got great educational docs, conference calls, and explains every move. Would recommend to anyone getting started, or anyone who doesn't have a ton of time to dedicate to DD every day.
