Huge short squeeze going on with AVEO right now.

Little hedge I do in JPM Nov 15 calls. If tomorrow's $119's Puts hit 20 cents I buy 5 Puts for every 20 Nov calls

NFLX up 3% AH

NFLX up 8% AH. Crushed earnings

Other than holding some shares from 2011 I have no other play. But good to see.

Goes to show that streaming as a whole is the winner.

Not just nflx, not just amazon, or roku, or apple. All can get a chunk of the pie.

NFLX is in a very dangerous FOMO territory right now on this AH run up. Might be a lot of bag holders after the CC.

Im not a seasoned trader at all. I'm 100% in the learning stage still, and OA has been right on the entry twice in a row. I didn't know if he knew/saw something I was missing.

My problem was more buying at 18 and selling at 11.

Yeah. I lost a pretty penny riding that down. I've made almost all of it back over a few swing trades. The 9.15-11.20 was a sweet one.

Just working the stops more diligently now. That was the worst eff up yet, but I don't spend as much as the big potato's on here. Especially when I feel like I'm still learning haha

Amen, now once Fidelity releases my account from the sin bin I'll be able to swing some more, lol.

No promises, but when OSTK hits mid 12's, there should be a little squeeze and room to run.

Chinese streaming is going to be a big deal. Not sure it's a dog. Can you imagine the appetite the Chinese will have after just two seasons of friends? Or some Chinese version of the office, where Michael Scott is sent to reeducation camp every single episode?

One observation on my end that hopefully will save folks on this thread some money:
OA mentions a stock or trade, makes the play and is done with it, and he is right most of the time.
Then some of y'all keep trading that name weeks/months past him first mentioning the play and lose money on it.
OSTK is a prime example of this - when he first mentioned it, it was around $14 and then the last time he really posted about it, it was around $20. Sure it ran some more, but it has come crashing down and y'all are still trading it!
