This mortgage servicing group is huge and the Washington Mutual acquisition was a leveraged buyout. The Treasurer said people have completely misread the brilliant strategy of WHI's debt as write-off to lower and , in some instances, eliminate 100% of tax liability. He also said they are making more revenue profit than at any time in the mortgage business, with a near perfect model for continued profit.
Getting stock info on the golf course is dangerous but when you have an opportunity to get unsolicited direct info it is worth noting. Once I finished the round this morning and dove into the charts and technical it was an easy decision. I wouldn't bat an eye buying under $9 and I like that this doesn't have options to allow large fish to have multiple strategies for now.

When you don't play frequently its the wheel that falls off. I did Putt lights out, sinking 4 putts beyond 20 feet. But I was beyond 20 feet on 13 Putts, and that's the problem!
