ROKU is starting to sell off.

Earnings announce after the bell, take my 50% winner or hold out for the other $800 and gamble a huge sell-off tomorrow?

Buy a Put?

I was looking at ROKU this morning...Their Q4 has me very very curious on their ER today because the expected EPS is ($0.16)... Half tempted to buy some calls for June 1 before the closing bell.

GE finally coming out of the bottom and giving a 19% gain from all of the working over those shares since initial buy at $14 and under.

Iran just fired missiles into Israel via Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Syria.

We are still very much in that descending wedge according to my trend line. I don't see that we have broken out quite yet.

I had set a limit order on some $40 5/18 calls this morning at market open right as the stock took off. I thought they wouldn't fill, but to my surprise they filled during the intra day dip and I happened to check right before close. They filled and I was up 60%. Probably should have sold but pretty small position, so I held. The aftermarket action was interesting. Immediately down 10% then recovered and was up 5% at some points. They beat on top, bottom, and raised so will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.

GILD up to $66 premarket. Options should be up around 45% from entry.

If we close green today then that will be 7 days in a row. We are still in "the zone".

I'm not buying it that we break out today.

Hit 271.3 then reverse a bit?

awesome, when two people see it then it must mean something!

~271.4 is resistance from April 18th, pivot point R2 for today, and within a point or two from the big triangle

Those are three pretty strong things.

Converted all my SPX expiring calls into holdings. If paying attention we broke to the upside. Upward action in play.

GILD is great Option opportunity because it hasn't broken short term resistance but right at it.

What are your entrance and exits set at for GILD

June 15th $67.50 strike @ $0.93 entry

Exit on a breakout by Wednesday next week would be $1.86. If breaks Thursday onward next week I would reduce by 25%. Stop loss at $0.75

$SDRL is up 17% today.

PYPL is a good indicator stock on breaking these downward wedges.

I own it and my covered calls expired. Not placing any more on it now as I am seeing this recent move as more sustainable to the upside for markets.

Yes it's early and still need some confirmations to be 100% but shifting to hold and buy from heavy cash.

Main strategy for placing cash into the markets will be via calling out Call Options held in certain stocks I have them on.

Oh, I also bought PayPal June 15 $82.50 Strike calls looking to further reduce holdings price.

Same question here. But also, why not by SPXU instead of puts?

We have 2 sides to the markets going in here right now? All of my action recently has been call option this or that. After holding that 3rd retest I shifted to higher volume calls.

Now we break the trendline short term resistance, which on its own could be a short term trap but not as likely as the last topping action wave.

I'm not buying any Puts or bear ETF's right now.
