Got a big holding for COST today, but just playing earnings there with all the China store success and recent strategy release of Florida/Texas expansions. Then a couple blue chips with fsly, net, insg as more speculative stuff

I doubled down on a lot and fortunately I'm almost back to even on the day. My options account makes the biggest U I've ever seen.

Everyone knows how the markets work by now. The selling on JD was ahead of the news on Trump thinking delisting. $31.85 down to $30.70's. Then the news hits and the stock sinks below $28 allowing the sellers and shorters to cover on the actual news.

Big money also knew the ISM report results and that's why markets continued sinking into yesterday. Then the news hits and they cover their shorts and/or buy their sells back.

It's completely unfair, almost evil, yet its been that way since markets and information existed.

What options look attractive to you regarding CYBR? I like where it's out. I'd like to incorporate their next earnings though because I think they kill them.

I've got quite a bit of COST Going to double down here. Thinking they should blow out earnings. They finished a new store on 290/99. Drove by there the other day and there were people in line to park in parking lot. Reminded me of the days trying to park on campus

Yep once I read they want to expand in China and then also they have two huge target markets domestic...it should be a good gainer on eps and guidance

If net calls drop back to .20, buy more?

We bounced right off the upward trend line from the past sideways channel today

Roku has found some buys!!

Took GILD $60 calls earlier today when it was at 61 thru earnings.

Took COST calls a little while ago to play thru earnings today.

My obsessive-compulsive need to continue buying ZS calls on the way down the last couple of weeks might actually pay off. Not likely, but maybe.

Big time wait and see period, which means sell today's entry gains and hedge like a crazy person using tomorrow cheap Puts. These reversal days are great if uptrend resumes towards filling that 2938 gap created previous two days. But it could also be a complete short chasing day today and a drop tomorrow would not look good on technicals.

Anything to hedge on NET? Puts are 10/18 .30 at the moment

Don't think so on NET...it likely runs counter to trend or moves once uptrend is confirmed.

Very tempting. With the drop due to production slowdown rumors, you can just bank that eventually they catch back up and the news flows the other way
