It's going to shoot up to $57-$58 and then go range bound. Trap both buyers and sellers.

It's playing level to level with the gray channels. But the blue trendlines can be support between them.

Since the upper blue support line was recently broken, is that implying a test of the lower blue line in the near future?

AUST - $2.20 is significant resistance. Need it to blow through. I'll be reducing size significantly if it can't.

Possible. Trendline are guidelines. Sometimes the market follow. Sometimes it doesn't.

Anyone else still in Archer (ACHR)? My cost basis this go round is the mid $8's and I am patiently waiting for the next elevator back to the $11 - 12 area to unload again.

Taking a position in SNOW here for a reversal play. Broke above prior day high going into the close.

Patience. Likely to hit $9.30 and then fall back into the $8's. If it can find higher low support, this is the blueprint to follow. I would see at the wave (iii) high as 5th waves are never guaranteed.

Found a stock I love for the 26 list.

CSX

Buy under $37 with stop no lower than $33.49. Ultimate target is $66, but first profit taking area is $50 with potential to buy back as long as it holds $42 should it hit.

Looking good after earnings today! Thanks again on this one!

Ran up too fast the last few days but this one will end up much higher than it is in the not too distant future.

Highly doubt this is on the table in the near term, unless Elliott Wave also predicts increasing rainfall and plummeting land prices.

Not just the last few days. 52-week low is $17.67 and its been on a major run since September.

This stock is dead for a while. I'll move my INTC position into AMD, MU, SOXX

Unless Mexico gets the screw worm under control and we allow MX live cattle imports again, I doubt it.

Also, I would not be holding UBER and/or LYFT in any accounts.

This same route was $11 at the time of booking on Uber.

I wouldn't read that much into these "teaser" prices.

Uber/Lyft did the same thing when they started. These will go up significantly if Tesla ever wants to make any money.

It doesn't predict. Just shows patterns of sentiment. We have a potentially completed one here. Could always fail.

Are you sure they need to increase rates to make money? What rate per mile do you estimate is needed for Tesla to make money on robotaxis?

The tweet above said $1.30 per mile. If that robotaxi could stay in service for 100,000 miles that is $130,000. What does the taxi cost Tesla to manufacture ? What does it cost to operate over 100k miles of charging and maintenance?

If a human drives 100k miles averaging 35 mph hour, that' human is going to get paid about $40,000 during that time. It's going to be significantly cheaper than uber or Lyft obviously, but I don't know what the profitable amount is if not $1.30 a mile.
Diggity
How long do you want to ignore this user?
You're assuming every mile driven is being paid for. I don't care how efficient these taxis are with their routing, that's just not feasible.

I would guess it's closer to 50-60% for revenue generating mileage.

There's overhead costs like electricity, service, tires, cleaning, insurance, etc that will eat into the bottom line.

In the end, I would be surprised if they're breaking even at the rate mentioned, but that's not an issue while they try to get market share.

Eventually, it will have to climb to a rate that turns a decent profit.

I'm not sure there's been a time, certainly not in the modern era, where sentiment has been lower on alcohol. While it could absolutely go lower, I'm willing to take a chance on the ultimate hedge against a potential bubble burst of some sort and ensuing recession.

Brown Forman

It has now corrected in LOG mode from the 1984 low the same 23.6% that it corrected in 2008 from the 1988 low.

Interestingly, while SPX was topping in March 2000, BF.B was bottoming at $4.47 before engaging a 294% move up to $17.61 in 2006. So while SPX fell in 2000, alcohol sales roared back to life, and BF.B STARTED a bullish run. 2008 cut the price in half but to a higher low, while SPX made a lower low, before BF.B got running with the general market into 2020, a 794% gain off the 2008 low.

BF.B is the cheapest it's been since 2013 here in the mid $20's. It's essentially already unwound the majority of it's rise since the 2006 peak. In contrast, SPX is extremely elevated. If you're looking for alpha, a small risk bet here could be worth it. A proportional move to the 2000-2006 run it had from here would move it to $75 (25.34 recent low x 2.94). And if had another 10 years after that, a similar move to 2008-2020 would plant it between $250 and $300 by 2040.

So a $25-$30 gamble? Sure. But just remember that it's usually when the general sentiment you observe seems to offer no hope that stocks tend to find their bottoms. I always say the market exhibits an emergent behavior. Where sentiment will shift before anyone is even aware.. when nobody is talking about it.. and when you can't possibly imagine positivity happening. Look at INTC, Boeing, dollar stores as recent examples. This is a candidate for that. I have no stop to offer. Play at your own risk.

And here's one more way to look at it.. with a relationship chart.

Looking at it this way, where your money could choose either BF.B or SPX, other than some short instances, 2000-2020 was 20 years of brown water outperformance over SPX.

ASPN - Buy it and put a stop at $2.99. No idea where it's going next, but as long as over that, it's likely going up. $4.50-$5 is probably resistance.

They'll be able to undercut the hell out of Uber and Lyft. Even if the Robotaxi fare was double the $4.31, it is still ~20% savings. The cars can be used as cheaper carriers and delivery services too. Basically anything that Lyft and Uber offer, Musk can do it faster and cheaper.

Uber and Lyft will be operating at a significant disadvantage as he streamlines Robotaxi. Those two are not stocks to get into. Musk will cannibalize that sector with Robotaxi. His process is vertically integrated and it offers significant safety and experience advantages as well.
