There was RECORD shorts and put exposure on VXX. The kind that ends up in MASSIVE short covering. Not manipulation. Just a standard bull trap in a low liquidity environment.

If you followed on XLV puts, through the gray box and we are looking for $150. Remember to sell half at 2x profit or XLV $150, whichever comes first. Expiration tomorrow, so be mindful of time and don't be scared to reduce exposure today if it finds support above the bottom of the gray box.
It's days like this that makes me realize, I will never come close to understanding the markets. Made some large purchases this morning that I thought I did my DD on along with the favorable headwinds I thought we would get.
