It has nothing to do with how much water that the data center is using, but how much water is being used to power the electricity provider to make them run.
Anything nuclear, coal or natural gas burns a TON of water to make this happen...
Mark this post - you will see what levels go down across the state and electricity rates will go through the roof because of the net new demand for power.
