To de-risk, you could sell the $250 to create a nice debit spread. Those are 8.60 x 8.70 right now. Or wait till it is $10 if it makes it for a risk free trade.

eta, if I was in the trade, I'd wait for $224 and sell the $250 against it.

Was considering that. But I think I'll wait to see where we are EOD and look to possibly sell the $260C given my 240C are already up ~20%

Also SCOTUS is scheduled to hear oral arguments on the dispute over Trump's tariff authority on November 5th. No timing on the decision (probably sometime in 2026, right?), but I imagine we'll have a lot of discussion about which side makes the most compelling argument. It's such an easy topic to fill the dead air of CNBC

Not directly tied to a trade, but us in the Ag industry are patiently waiting for the ruling on the antidumping investigation into the Chinese lysine. Countervailing duties are expected. This ruling could act as a bit of a litmus test for US manufacturers to make similar claims in other industries and really put the scews to Chinese production.

Trump is meeting with Xi at the end of the month. Trump likes to negotiate from a position of strength so it wouldn't surprise me if he escalates rhetoric with China leading up to that meeting. Our stock markets will go down a bit, but China's economy would suffer far more than us. Jmo

I wouldn't normally swing trade a single stock like this, but this thing is a highly speculative meme-like stock (unless I'm misinformed on it), has been crazy volatile this week, and I'm trading it on my 401k brokeragelink account.

I will potentially miss out on a ton of gains if it just keep moonshot-ing, but so far, there's been a consistent pullback the last 3 days.

I'll keep trading it while it lets me.

I just don't know why I didn't put my entire life's worth into the thing at $100. I put plenty and cashed out and continue to swing it along the way, but now only sitting on a measly 35 shares I have remaining at a $140 cost basis. Oh well, made some great gains along the way.

I think it's probably a future $500 stock, just not sure how long and how many ups and downs it'll take to get there. I say that knowing that it's already at an LOL $4.5 TRILLION with a T market cap

This is like being in 1997 and kicking yourself for missing out on all the big gains since 95. There's still plenty of juice in this squeeze. NVDA has staying power at least for a couple years and likely longer and is going to be heavily invested in most of the companies that come out of the forefront of the AI craze with wild success.

Back when I was a bigger clown than I am now, I was day trading UVXY options...having no clue what UVXY was or what the VIX was. Worked out really well until it didn't. I think that Scottrade IRA closed with about $52 in it...down from about $35k.

Watching a potential ending diagonal forming to the upside. $198-$205 upside range. If it completes there and goes no higher, could retrace back to $165-$175 by end of year.

Very similar to what I was watching same time last year when I said it had a good chance to attack $90 in the first part of 2025.
