Two stocks that have made me a lot of money this year and were recommended by Motley Fool are TTD and GH. Both are way up this year. GH reported great numbers the other day and TTD reports after close today. I've had a pretty good earnings season so far so I hope the trend continues today.
Also am long UBER via Motley Fool as well. They release today. We will see if not making money is the key to a high stock price. Lets hope it does!!!

It's nearly impossible to be right all the time. Just have more winners than losers. Also, take the hit on losers early instead of riding them down and tying up your capital. You learn to do that without emotion, you'll come out ahead most of the time.
DBX is a dying stock. I'm taking it off my follow list.

Pull up ES or SPX. Week of Aug 24 2015. China devalued the Yuan the week prior.
Admittedly, I don't own it so I only skimmed the highlights. Their new user numbers growth seems to be shrinking and their $ per user isn't growing very much. This, in conjunction with them being a recent IPO and competition, makes me not too enamored with the stock. Tell me what I'm not seeing, please.oldarmy1 said:
