Studio was high but it was their investment that was higher than expected.
Guess they didn't prepare enough for how much the Dis+ would hinder them.
MTCH now up 32% over the past 3 months. Online dating no longer embarrassing and they will continue international expansion.

I met the future Mrs. PDEMDHC on match and she's an Aggie. Granted she doesn't know a single tradition at A&M when she was there... I'm slowly changing that.

Of course man, I understand. Just know that like in real life, the Aggies always make sure everyone knows where they went on the dating sites.

I got in on LL at $8.23 today with their earnings release tomorrow 8am ET. I'm hoping for a big bump and selling most of these off. I don't mind being long at this price if the earnings are down and the stock drops, since revenues have been up this year and from what I can tell most of the earnings drop and increased debt is due to the settlements. I put this here so you can all laugh or cry with me tomorrow.

Their problem is the price they're paying for their original content. I think it was Morgan Stanley that came out not too long ago and said their content costs will be projected to something like $25 billion in 2024. Add that they missed big time on new subs last report and it ain't looking so hot with Disney+ moving into the market. Story time: a buddy of mine's son became a Navy Seal several years ago. After Buds they had a little time to unwind (party, naturally).
