Upside target to break and downside targets to reach don't change for me for tomorrow. Just moved it over a day.

I exited 25% of May VIX calls for a bit over 20%. If we get a push up and VIX suppression I'll buy those back.

I know Farmer drums about XOM a lot but if you haven't paid attention, it has traded in a fairly tight range for most of April. When it breaks the range, it will be glorious. I may play a 0dte 117C today right at the open.

1) Don't trade. Where's your edge?

2) Take small size trades only at known confluence points / levels.

Market has been in a tight range for a lot of sessions now. There will be a move. I'll go on a limb and say that the tone for the year will get set in the next week or so.

I think downside is most likely, but like always, you react.

I think all days are traps. When it seems like a trend day there's always a reversal, but when you play expecting a reversal it ends up being a major trend day. That's the worst trap!

Thoughts on IHI? (ETF)

Shows good relative strength when compared to S&P and seems to have broken out of it's downtrend. Bullish reversal?
