I know someone not myself who sold calls at the 130 strike expiring today when the price fell to 122. They thought they were in the clear and now it's up 142.60 for a crazy 45% on the day... This definitely won't end well. It is expensive to do but puts a couple weeks out would do the trick... They interviewed like 20 northerners who are "save the world" type people and they all said the food tastes like crap and apparently it has more sodium and calories than normal meat... Looks like they do little more than write hit pieces on issues they're short.
So I bought a $2.50 Puts when I posting that I didn't like what I was seeing. When it came below $2.50 I bought against shares I hadn't already sold covered calls on. I sold those buys after the halt was done up above $2.80.

Just read the report on TEUM. So a dilapidated shack isn't just the company showing cost cutting strategy? Is that bad? I'm break even right now, I'll ride it out until the ah ack falls apart or burns down.

That is going to be a harder nut to crack. They have more ammo in the clip, want to beat us economically, and can't be seen to look weak.

I haven't been trading for long, but I've noticed that trend as well. In addition, most of the volume/dramatic price action occurs in the first 30-60 minutes of a trading day.

A deal this size reminds me of the cluster**** that the Dow/DuPont merger was. That's still a cluster**** two years later.

So I've noticed after selling covered calls weekly over the course of a year I'm basically getting more of my principal back and it's all fun and games now.
