Didn't see other replies. My opinion. Albeit I don't know your objective, just based on your choices I'd go quality first and PE second. I think GOOG is your winner; however, your strategy might be buy& hold, or for trading, or something else that could be a different driver for you and a different choice. Otherwise, for me, I don't think the market is done taking the bloat out of Growth Tech. There can be more reduction to NASDAQ without a major impact to the DJIA or S&P. There's been mention of taking the DJIA back to pre-COVID highs approx 29,000, but there's a higher likelihood of seeing pre-COVID highs in NASDAQ approx 8,000. Personnaly. I don't see either of those numbers as possibilities, yet. I'd hesitate to jump into Growth Tech. You stand a better chance of base hits with something like CVX, XOM, WMT, T, BG, ADM, ABBBV, BTI, MO, BHP, etc. They're not sexy movers & shakers, but they are steady and you can keep a-hold of your ass through the process and not worry so much about losing it.

I feel like this market is heavily manipulated. Here we are near the close and magically we are right at the opening price for SPX.
