I could only take a few minutes of Biden, but summing it up:

- Inflation is at a historic high across the world, nothing we could have done to stop it (lol)
- Energy prices are high due to evil oil companies, called on oil cos. to increase production to lower prices
- Inflation is his top domestic priority the rest of the year
- GOP is to blame, obstructing his agenda and bills like Build Back Better (because printing trillions would totally help inflation)!

In summary: lots of gaslighting, GOP bad, oil companies bad, nothing he can do about inflation before now but he's going to start!

I'm ****ing horrible at this. I want to nut punch the stock market right now. How could I be down on a day like today? Open gap up above the 5-min BB and immediately come down, retest the top BB and then come back to the bottom. So ****ing simple yet I've failed to capitalize on this. I've really been disappointed with my trading recently.

I think SPX and TSLA touch that upper BB again shortly and then leg down again, but I have no certainty so I'm out right now.

We filled a week gap when we hit 396.
I expect some sideways fight before the climb back up.

no other majors gaps for a while and we needed to fill that one.

I got out ofb$SAVA shares except for my MA IRA that I've brutalized. I'm continuing to acquire 1/2024 call spreads between $50 and $150 strikes where I can get >75:1 r/r including fees. Today is kind of right back to the 5-day, so I don't see it as a big move. It might be a good place to book losses though, if that's your intention.

If we don't hold 4035 and come off the top of this BB, I think we'll head back down at least to the mid point of today's range. I might try 1 SPX or TSLA put. If we get back to the upper BB I might try one call.

Im out of the put, made $400. If we get back to the upper BB here (4059SPX, 821TSLA), I'm going to give it a minute to see if we ride the BB up or power down to the lower BB (3953SPX, 782TSLA)
