Called the bounce earlier today and one of my naked puts got high enough to roll out to next month to a lower strike. Good premium at my target risk/return too.

In my opinion, the bulls spent all their money by 10:30. The bears are in charge and SPY is going below 440.

If you must buy something, buy something like TJX or PEP for a longer term hold. They aren't glamourous, but the long term portion of your account will thank you.

Disclosure - for my long account, I bought a little AMD, NVDA, TJX, PEP and 2 shares of AMZN. Those were all adds to existing positions.

my opinion remains the same. No longs unless over 4450, I think remaining short biased is the thing to do. Higher low is being formed, but that can be destroyed in one candle. below 4425, you're effed.
