RDFN hit with a couple of downgrades. I'm not agreeing with that based on its earnings curve and growth opportunity. If it can reach $37.50 I'm going August $40 calls.

Yeah. Been holding this for a while. One of my largest positions actually. Averaged in at 5.30. Should have sold when it touched 8. Then should have sold when it bounced back up above 7. Holding on for breakout to 10-11, but don't see that happening anytime soon. Each time it looks like some momentum it's come right back down to around 6.

If so, are you not worried they may end up taking a hit holding a lot of houses and not being able to turn them around as quickly?

Would tracking volume of ETFs against each be similar to monitoring put/call ratio and OI?

If you bought MARA calls at $0.30 you need one more move to determine if you want to go net free with 50% for the duration. It traded at $.60 but I'd look for magnet to $2 before selling 40-50% and price should be $0.75-$0.80
When are we expecting ZOM to bounce back? Seems like it's taking longer than the last time it dipped below .15

MARA bought at .92 just now went net free on shares. On 9/18 2.5C bought calls at .11 sold to go net free. Net free is up 450%

You could also look at the put/call ratio of QQQ vs SPY. Or XLK vs other sector SPDR ETFs which are all reasonably liquid in the options market.
