Is this a good reversal signal? If so would $85 C for three to five weeks out seem like a reasonable play?

I'm new to the reversals game, so let me know your thoughts.


Im going to start playing more of these instead of waiting for confirmation. F me in the goat ass! Those $85 calls are no longer cheap.

Bought a 200 shares in premarket a little high unfortunately, but got a couple of 2.50 calls sold for Nov for $1.05

Once I filled I went back to TTOO and bought equivalent number of shares.
Got ya, forgot you could do things like that with margin enabled. I had to buy shares in blocks and then sell the calls, carrying the risk the calls would not be liquid enough. Luckily got decent fills back when you originally suggested the trade (at the $1.80/sh level, then added some around $1.40/sh). Still ended up being a great trade, assuming some of this gain can hold.

I was more so talking about how the option pricing almost seems to lag the stock's movement. Maybe it's just me

I have been noticing that as well. I haven't checked any of the greeks but on TDA i see the stock rise but the option doesn't move any

They keep the spread so darn wide. Notice on this positive move it has now come closer $1.10 x $1.30
