not much of a secret that they're paired with oxford who by far is well ahead of the covid vaccine game. Already moving into phase III trials well ahead of others. Also, for you mrna followers, they're about to be under investigation; don't forget that they've never actually produced anything (and RNA vaccines have been tried since the 70's despite how much they want to tell you its totally novel, and there are still 0 approved for use).

AZN is my guess to be first to market that isn't a china based company (who will be first out with a vaccine). AZN currently producing 400M doses they're that confident and ready to ramp to 1B by the end of the year. It is the vaccine/biotech game though so always subject to change

Successful = rah rah America w/ markets responding

Poorly = american decline, combined with race riots starting up ... market takes a massive dump.
