It's probably a safe trade down here but I'm saving my powder for ERI. I want to see how it reacts to LVS earnings tonight. If it drops, I like it for quick and safer trade. This oil mess has me a little gun shy, I can't get a good feel or vision for the O&G sector, aside from XOM and CVX

general question about option expiration dates: certain dates (5/15 currently) seem to have a lot more volume and open interest than others. Is that just because they're listed as the monthlies under certain platforms and a lot of people don't mess with weeklies? Or is there something more significant to it?

You are welcome, I sold half my shares at 5.20 to guarantee a breakout so I would have regret. It was a 30% return though.

I'd like it 13-14 range but I want to see how the gaming stocks do tomorrow after LVS earnings. I'll pay more, if it looks to move higher. I'm more focused on their action tomorrow more than having a set price in mind.

What I've noticed with these ones is it tends to be some sort of PR that drops it hard and fast, but recovers very quickly. They're not something you hold by any means, but flip on the falling knife. I've seen people play it both ways. Sell the drop and then buy the bounce all within 30-60 secs. Make a mint

You can sell the May 15 $15 put for $2.20 right now...gets you in that range

The price on LVs right now is below where most of us initiated our position. We are just doubling down and averaging down our basis
