Sorry, right. Meant for a bounce but if we go through that, ie 271 on Spy, more pain first. We will see then.

Closed at $47 on Friday before the last two day sell. Market looks like it's preparing for a leg up into the close and I think we get a gap up tomorrow. Staying above 2710 on the ES_F was key and a close above $275 on the SPY sets up nicely for a rally tomorrow IMO.

I'm looking for it to cross the 272/271 territory. That appears to be on or about the bull trend line we've had since 2009 lows. Figure that's a line in the sand and a "bottom" if it doesn't break it.

If you like trading only volume in smallcaps seeking a move then look at SHIP. Some crazy notions of holding oil is all I could find but the volume is too big to ignore. Over 300M shares last 3 days versus less than 5m average.
