Plenty of Americans are scared. The leader of the free world should have a better response. Something about hope, and strong actions being taken, etc. Not berating reporters.AggieKeith15 said:

You're obviously not listening to him speak. You've latched on to one remark and have no context. Personally, I feel more confident after each of these conferences I listen to.
Dont get me wrong I found it almost cringey given the crisis at hand, but you have to remember he is the POTUS and a whole lot of people voted him into office. They carry his brand and WANT to believe in his message.
And despite his missteps at times in talking, and awkward ramblings, I sort of find him personable and easy to interpret. I think most people at a minimum know he's honest, which is nice in times like these.

There have been good press conferences, and there have been ones that didn't inspire much (this one was pretty neutral overall. expected border closings, and the like). Regardless there's always a question or two that triggers Trump. I wish he could brush it off and act more presidential. My whole thing for the guy is if he would just carry W's demeanor, he'd catch a lot less hate.

I've still got my SPY 265c that expire monday...they are worth very little right now so might let em ride unless we get an afternoon rip like the past few weeks.
If we sell off at the close, I'm going back into those 7/17 DIS 100c. Not a massive position, just a nibble, because if the news this weekend is tame, those are extremely tradeable with DIS moves.

I'm thinking of buying some SPY puts for a week or two out. With cases/deaths growing significantly the last two days I think there is a bad day two coming. Add that to an unemployment report which is sure to disappoint...Hoping we can get a small run into close before I lock in.

IMO we haven't gotten close to DIS floor yet. Parks closing will have big impact on earnings. Especially as it's peak season for them. Good buying opptys to come.

I'm waiting for the final 30 mins of the day because I think we sell off into the close and I may even get them at a better price. If the market rallies and moves away from me, oh well. I will not chase it and look to next week for other opportunities.
