This. A lot of places are on spring break this week and returning Monday. Others start break next week. Communications in both cases will be required to either "dont come back" or "leave and dont come back" tomorrow.
State of Ohio cancels all school to April so I hear. 5 virus cases confirmed in Ohio.

A LOT of layoffs are about to go down. It's about to be mass exodus when the new jobs report comes out.
The more these announcements occur and have long-lasting effects, the more it makes me want to pause before double-down on my investments. (Back to ChrisFields' observation.)

I'm going to call fidelity and ask but I'm curious why my order was never executed today even though I put it in last night to execute on the open at market rates.
Would the temp halt have stopped it? It's still sitting as open. I may just cancel at this point since rock bottom is still a ways away, seemingly.

Last month, our company centralized so everyone had to relocate or retire with an additional 4 months pay.
Most that did not take the relocation, thought they would have an easy time finding a job...
That didn't happen and now they realize they should have taken it.
