CA just topped $6/gal. Diesel is over $7/gal there as well.

I'm surprised PADD3 refinery utilization isn't higher. I went looking at data and I figured we'd be trying to process more and ship it out wherever, but looks to be 'normal'.

Are we short on actual crude for refineries in PADD3?
