What's everyone's take on pipeline companies? Looking at energy transfer.
I like ET. Probably not huge upside but maybe not much downside either.
Shareholder since $5. The divy is awesome consistent mailbox money.

Daily pricing on natural gas is wild right now. Incredibly valuable if you can get it to the right place, but diffs eat up almost all of it in most producing locations.

it would be nice if Shell bought into EF at highs again, so we could sell again at a low back to whatever Sanchez Energy is now for pennies

Coterra was already here. Makes perfect sense if you are looking at the local and available talent pool.
Devon Tower is about 90% vacant now. Absolutely no way Harold pays a dime more for office space. Aubrey's complex is also mostly empty. Easily 80% of WMB business gets done in Houston. Ascent will get bought within the next year and Gulfport won't be far behind. I'm looking forward to not having to do the quarterly OKC/TUL swing anymore.nosoupforyou said:
