If you're serious about getting into the cannabis or hemp industry, let me know. we will be looking for some people in the near future. Wouldn't mind helping out a fellow ag into a multi-billion dollar industry.Green2Maroon said:
Is it worth moving to Denver without a job lined up?
I currently live in Billings, Montana and work at a sugar beet processing facility. I graduated in 2010 with a degree in Agribusiness. My job is basically a glorified clerical role at under $40k right now. I don't see much in the way of future opportunities with my employer, here in Billings or at other facilities. There seems to be a lot of work in Billings but not many jobs that pay more than I make.
I've worked in accounting at a coal mine also and had a 4 year stint with the Army between HS and college back in the day (33 yrs old now). With all the opportunity down there in CO, I wonder if I should just up and move on down there?! Maybe I could even get a job in the cannabis industry being an ag business grad? Oh yeah, single and no kids so not really tied down.
