Good deal? Good card?
Probably not as long as you are under Chase 5/24 rule.El Chupacabra said:
Will having another Chase card (United) impact my approval?
You cant transfer Chase United Rewards (UR) points directly to AA. But you can transfer UR points to British Airways, which is a partner of AA, and book AA flights using British Airways miles on their travel portal.Hincemm said:
can you transfer points to AA?

This is true but finding AA flights with availability via Avios is very spotty at best.
Citi has a "temporary" partnership that allows transfers to AA. If it becomes permanent I may have to make room in my wallet for a Citi card. Being in D/FW, AA is really nice to have options with. Alternatively could get an AA branded card but those aren't as useful imo.
you'll be hard pressed to pay your mortgage without a fee.. so don't use it for that.Aggieangler93 said:
This may be a stupid question, but are points accrued on these cards for paying your monthly mortgage with them etc? I don't do a lot with credit cards, but probably should for better bonuses.

So regarding this Marriott card…if you are given five 50000 nights as a bonus, but want to stay at a place that is more than 50,000 pts, is there a way you can and maybe pay some sort of difference? Or are you just out of luck and need to choose a different place that is 50,000 pts or less?
