In a game that has effectively been decided, it's smart to do to not waste bullpen arms.

And lobbing it up there is probably a better way to induce an out than trying to throw real pitches far less effectively than a typical MLB pitcher lol.

I just saw how Milwaukee got their final three runs. Bases loaded, 1 out, bottom of the 8th, position player pitching for SEA. Brewer hits a fly ball to J Rodriguez in CF and Rodriguez throws to ball in the stands to score three runs (the field goal if you will) to cover the 21.5 over.

Don't know about the rightmost circle….

The Ag that leased the space on the left no longer has the lease. expired end of June/first week of July.

We parked on the street opposite all during World Cup half dozen times with no problems. Just make sure there are not any new " no street parking signs"

Two of the hardest-hit balls in AAA yesterday belonged to Logan O'Hoppe: 111.1 MPH for a lineout and 110.2 for a single. He also hit a 106.2 MPH double. His uniformly poor Statcast data in MLB has been unformly wonderful in AAA: 50% hard-hit rate, low whiff rate, greedy on in-zone first pitches but patient overall and not chasing much. He's only caught three of his last ten games, and that's not entirely the presence of rehabbing Danny Jansen.

He was REALLY bad defensively as well. I'm sure they are working on that part of his game too. At some point it won't matter.

Maybe this isn't some kind of revelation for the rest of this board, but I was casually looking over the various AL team records and noticed that not one of the AL West teams have a positive run differential against the rest of the league. The good news for the West is the astros with a mere -32 run differential lol. I'm not sure that I've ever seen that before

Hoping we do not jinx it being here tonight. This is my 12th game in the last 3 years. The team is 7-4 in my previous visits but only 1-3 in the last 4. 0-2 this season.

He broke his hand and returned within 3 weeks. When we played them, the Rangers TV guys talked about how bad he was this season, but by all accounts, I think he was considered solid D until this season. Check that...thougj.

He was considered above average. The thought is that he was mis-used over the last couple of seasons. It appears their plan is starting to work.

Call me old school but I loathe having so many platoon players. You have a solid night at the plate last night finally then half are riding pine today because they can't hit worth a **** vs righties. There's no rhythm or flow developed bc the batting order is different every damn night.

I strongly dislike how we clear the bench every game, like little league. Got a lefty coming in, put in all the RH bats, right coming in, damn, all our lefty bats are used up and we could sure use them here because they're good hitters, regardless.

Just dumb.

At the game. When Gray got to 2 balls on the batter that hit the homer, one of the coaches on the bench slammed his hands down and Skip just looked down at him. This manager is absolutely trash.

Diaz
Lopez

isn't going to win many games.

The problem isn't "these guys need better coaching to hit". The problem is these guys aren't legitimate major league hitters.
