The cop-out of "he didn't actually interfere" is that the P is oftentimes going to pause or adjust his throw. Any hesitation at all, which is caused by the runner being out of the line, decides a play like that.

Does anyone even know what the rule is for the running lane?? We've heard three different explanations now, and neither of them made sense. Again, why have a marked running lane if you don't have to use it?

Not to derail the ump bashing, which I agree has been fairly horrible, but did you know that Apple TV syncs up the radio call for you?! I just figured that out. Nice feature.

That is a nice feature. I thought about listening to the radio broadcast but I like Ryan Spilborghs. He's wrong sometimes but he has good insite.

Think I said it a week or two ago. They are failing at basic fundamentals and there is a lack of creativity on offense.

We aren't putting pressure on the pitcher by being active on the base paths. We have no patience at the plate. We fail to make clean contact on pitches over the heart of the plate. There's a plethora of things we do not do well worth virtually the same lineup as last year. It's mind blowing

I don't see what the deal is. It's not a balk if no one is on base. It didn't matter until we had a base runner.
