Guess it depends on how you define stuff. He can locate his fastball but none of his offspeed stuff. The mental aspect of pitching is brutal. One thing goes wrong and it feels like you can't do anything right. Kid needs a sports psychologist more than anything else. I remember him talking about this same thing in spring training.
Brown has a million dollar arm and a 10 cent head. If he can get the mental aspect down, he could be an upper echelon pitcher. As it is, he's one of the most frustrating guys in baseball to watch.
