Brown has a million dollar arm and a 10 cent head. If he can get the mental aspect down, he could be an upper echelon pitcher. As it is, he's one of the most frustrating guys in baseball to watch.
His stuff hasn't been that good today. There's a reason the mariners have lots of foul balls after getting two strikes vs whiffs

I define "stuff" by being able to get swing and misses. If your curve isn't worth a **** to the point nobody chases and your fastball isn't good enough to induce whiffs, instead they just foul it off (even if located well) until you make a mistake or walk them…then your stuff isn't good. Imo.
