I got a serious question that has me a little confused or maybe it's not even happening and it's all in my head

What I've noticed, when there's a LH hitter they have the INF shifted over for him to pull but the OF shifted over for him to hit oppo. For example this Rojas triple and Loperfido shaded over more to the LF. This has happened a lot this series and through out the season. Do the Astros actually play it like this or am I imagining things, why would they do that?
