I really wonder if Bochy comes back next season. This has been an epic collapse at the most crucial part of the season. People will say it's because of the Jung injury or Heim getting hurt, but the combo of young guys freaking out in a pennant race and a bullpen of spares that can't get outs at the most pivotal time of games is too much to overcome.
Bullpen overhaul and a need of vets in the OF/DH are the top priorities, no doubt.

I want to see a staff shakeup. I don't care who goes. This type of collapse is inexcusable. This is the same team, minus losing your rookie third baseman and adding two starters that have performed very well and two bullpen arms.
Personally, I was out on Bochy when he pulled Montgomery after 92 pitches and eight shutout innings to give it to his weakest part of the team. He won't be fired, but he lost me there after a lot of questionable decisions before and more to come after.

I just don't see him coming back. He's old, looks old, and feels old. He doesn't need this.
