Is this team allergic to walks? That bottom of the 6th inning might be the worst inning I've seen all year. 3 strike outs and the pitcher probably threw one pitch in the strike zone to all 3 hitters. How does that even happen?

In some ways yes. According to Fangraphs, we have 5 starters or significant impact players at or below the MLB league average BB% of 8%: Adolis, Leody, Heim, Jung and Duran. With Jung and Duran coming in well below average at 6.6% and 4.6%.

Why they've been so successful with those numbers is because when they do swing the bat, they get barrel on ball and hit it hard as hell.

More numbers because they are fun. Josh Sborz is in the 98th percentile of the league with a barrel% of 2%, 97th percentile in WOBA at .229, and in the 94th percentile or better for XBA, XSLG, XWOBA. He also boasts and absurd 45% whiff percentage.

Was crashed taking a nap earlier, but in just the last 3 innings it so he's had bad missed calls to Garcia, Semien, Duran, Jankowski (prob more). Several even commented on by the announcers.
