My guess is MLB laid it out as a settlement. Take the full amount of games so we don't look like idiots and we'll let you play the rest of this postseason.

Agree that it's dumb in the grand scheme of things but might as well take that deal I guess if they were threatening missed playoff games if he fought it.

I used to fall asleep listening to games on my walkman when I was in high school when the Astros were on the West Coast and I'd be devastated if I fell asleep and the game went to late to be in the next morning's paper. Those were all regular season games.

The Abreu suspension was the best outcome I could hope for from the MLB at this point - still should be nothing.

But **** them for making him and the Astros sweat it out and be distracted.

Pena's OPS in this round (.325) is lower than his average was (.353) in last year's ALCS.

We really just need someone other than Yordan to step up and deliver. The number of times we've left the bases juiced in games we lost this series is astounding. Surely we are bound to buck the trend
